Why is it that so many are suprised by the Astros poor season???? All the Astros did was get rid of all their .200 average batters in the offseason and replace them with mostly new .200 average batters.... As far as pitching goes, all they did was hire almost all 4.00 pitchers to replace what they were lacking in the offseason... It was never about improving this team... It was only about if they will play for as little as possible. Only when people stop attending, will the management start to make changes that need to be made... Also, how long will they keep playing Roy Oswalt? There is no doubt that he is hurt... He has a hard time running around the bases and it is clear that he has not healed from his groin injury. Keep playing him and he will never recover... Also am sure that Cooper will only be management's scape goat for team's poor performance... He never had a chance with this team and with no bench to back up starters or anykind of starting pitching..... I guess we could always bring back Roger Clemens for some type of entertainment worth watching... At least until he goes to jail....

Let's not forget the Rockets did not have Yao for the play-offs and missed Rafer for some games as well. I'm not saying the Rockets are at the level of the Lakers/Celtics, but I would like to see them play with all the pieces and see what happens.

When watching the Finals the main difference you see between the Lakers/Celtics and the Rockets is bench play. Look at the instant offense of Farmer/Vujacic and Posey/House. Compare that to Head and Brooks we are way off. I hope to see Rockets entertain Michael Pietrus, Matt Barnes, Corey Maggette or Ricky Davis.
